Role Summary
Orchestrate sales strategy, secure strategic alliances, and lead proposal response bids (RFP/RFI).
Description & Context
Lead CSL's business expansion efforts. You will identify new market segments, prepare bid proposals for government/banking ICT tenders, and collaborate with technical teams to construct complex solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of business development or pre-sales engineering experience in ICT
- Familiarity with public procurement rules (e.g. PPR) and tender submissions
- Outstanding verbal/written communications and presentation skills
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in CSE, EEE, or Business Administration
